Cucumber Mint Salad

Ingredients
1 cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced1 garlic clove, minced1 tsp. dried mint leaves1/2 c. fat-free yogurt
Directions
Peel and slice cucumber and put in serving dish. Combine yogurt, garlic and mint. Pour over cucumber and mix. Chill in fridge till ready to serve.
