Ingredients
* *Flour, white, 1 cup (remove) * Granulated Sugar, .25 cup (remove) * Salt, 1 tsp (remove) * Egg, fresh, 3 large (remove) * Milk, nonfat, 1 cup (remove) * Butter, salted, 3 tbsp (remove) * Vanilla Extract, .5 tsp (remove)
Directions
Sift dry ingredients together and put aside.
Mix wet ingredients together
Add dry & wet ingredients
1/3 cup batter = 1 crepe

Pan does not need to be buttered. Use med-low heat. Watch carefully
