3 C Pasta; cooked1/2 C Celery; diced1/2 C Green Pepper; diced1/2 C Red Pepper; diced1/4 C Parsley; dry1/2+ C ripe Olives; sliced1.5 C Peas; frozen7 Radishes red, medium, minced or thinly sliced1/4 C or less Olive oil3 Garlic cloves; pressed or minced3/4 t Salt; optional but included in the calorie count1/4 t Thyme; dried, ground1/4 t Basil sweet; dried2 T Lemon Juice; fresh
Makes about 8 - 1 Cup servings.
Cook your favorite shaped pasta as directed on the package. Combine with all remaining ingredients. Tastes better if the salad is allowed to marinate over night or for a few hours.
