BLACKEYED PEA-AVOCADO SALAD

Ingredients
* *Blackeye Peas, canned, Kroger brand, 1.75 cup , drained and rinsed (remove) * Avocados, California (Haas), 1 fruit without skin and seeds (remove) * Radishes, 4 medium (3/4" to 1" dia), sliced (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove) * Garlic, 1 clove (remove) * Crushed Red Pepper * Cumin * Paprika * Chopped Tomatoes
Directions
Spray pan with Pam. Saute onion and garlic until translucent. Add seasoning and cook another 30 seconds. Add can of black-eyed peas and a little water. Spoon mixture into avocado half and top with radish slices and chopped tomatoes.
