Maple Vinaigrette

Ingredients
Ingredients:*Heinz White Wine Vinegar, 12 tsp *100% ITALIAN EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, 8 tbsp *Shallots, 4 tbsp *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 3 tsp *Lemon Juice, .25 cup Salt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp Maple Syrup, .25 cup
Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine mustard, syrup and vinegar. Add the chopped shallots and then slowly incorporate the oil with a whisk (it's important to add the oil slowly so that the dressing emulsifies). Add the juice from the lemon and season with salt and pepper. It's delicious on salad greens, but the chef says it also works well with meat and seafood.
