1 (12 oz) package of vanilla wafers2 (8 oz) cream cheese (softened)3/4 C white sugar2 eggs1 tsp vanilla extract1 (21 oz ) can cherry pie filling
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Line miniature muffin tins with miniature paper lines
3. Crush the wafers and place 1/2 tsp into each cup
4. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla, until light and fluffy
5. Fill each muffin liner with this mixture, almost to the top
6. Bake for 15 minutes. Cool. Top each with a tsp of cherry pie filling
