Broccoli Salad (4lbs.)

Ingredients
4 lbs. of fresh Broccoli2 cups of Mild Cheddar Cheese2 pks. of Hormel Real Bacon Bits1 Med. OnionDressing:2 cups of Light Mayo1 cup of Splenda1/2 cup of Cidar Vinegar
Directions
Cut broccoli into bite size pieces
Dice onion and add to broccoli
Add Package of shredded cheese
Add Bacon

In a med bowl add Mayo, Splenda and vinegar and mix well
Pour over broccoli mixture and mix well. Refrigerate.

Hint - I make this in two batches and then mix all together...it is easier to mix this way.
