Ingredients
1 pint of strawberries (washed and stems removed)14 oz silken tofu5 oz orange juice (I used the calcium fortified with pulp)1 banana4 oz Drinkables Miracle Fruits of the World
Directions
Put all ingredients into the blender, and blend away! I separated the five servings into containers to store in the fridge for a quick grab and go snack/meal! Amazing nutrients for only 115 calories. Try with other fruits- fresh or frozen to mix things up!
