Ingredients
2 medium tomatoes chopped; 1 medium onion chopped; lemon juice from 1/2 lemon; fresh parsley, basil, oregano, cilantro (any choice of herbs you like); a dash of black paper.
Directions
toss all the ingredients in a blender and blend until everything is mixed. makes a cup (8 fl oz) of salsa. divide into servings as necessary
