Reduced fat- Crouton chicken casserole

Ingredients
*one whole medium white onion*Frozen Mixed Vegetables - 1 bag *Butter & Garlic Croutons- 1 bag *Chicken Breast-2 cups*98% fat free Campbell's Cream of Chicken & Mushroom Soup (2 whole cans)Fat free sour cream-1 cup*Curry Powder, 3 tsp *Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice-1/3 cup*great value two percent milk, 1 cup *Kraft Mild Cheddar Shredded Cheese one bag
Directions
First chop the chicken into to cubes and cook.
Next spread the croutons, mixed vegetables and chicken in a 9X13 casserole dish.
Mix the rest of the ingredients except for the cheese in a bowl then pour it into the cassarole.
Spread the cheese over the top.
Cook for 35 minute at 350 uncovered or until the cheese is browned.
