Carroll Shelby Chili w/ ground turkey and veggies (no salt or masa)

box Carroll Shelby's Chili mixground turkey meat8 oz tomato sauce14.5 oz ready cut diced tomatoes15.5 oz dark red kidney beanslarge onionlarge red (or green) bell pepper2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
Dinner will be ready in seconds!
Brown turkey meat.
Add onion and pepper and saute until tender.
Add chili seasonings, leaving out the masa flour and salt. Add tomato sauce, tomatoes and kidney beans. Heat and serve! You can put this in your crockpot and let it simmer after you have browned the turkey meat if you would like.
Serve optional toppings: cheddar cheese, sour cream, tortillas chips. My family likes it when I make up a batch of mini cornbread muffins to go with it but they are definately not low cal or low carb!
