Rice Dressing (deer, pork, and eggplant)

Ingredients
1 lb ground deer meat1 lb ground pork 2 cups eggplant1 onion1 cup bell pepper4 cups long grain rice1/2 cup milkseason to taste (Zatarain's creole seasoning)
Directions
Brown together deer and pork (about 30 min). Add onions, bell pepper, garlic, and eggplant cook for 20 minutes. Add milk let cook for 5 min. Add cooked rice mix well. makes 10 1/2-cup servings
