Ingredients
1 C Dannon All Natural Plain Non-fat Yogurt1 C Minute Maid Premium Low Pulp Orange Juice1 Medium Banana, Frozen2 C Great Value Frozen Berry Medley**If you can't find it at your supermarket, you can make your own by using 1/2 C each of frozen strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and red raspberries.
Directions
Blend together 1 C yogurt and 1 C orange juice. Add 1 medium sized frozen banana and 2 C frozen berries. Blend well.
