Oriental Cabbage Salad

8 c. cabbage, cut fine (or one bag of precut slaw mix)1 c. carrots, shredded1 c. scallions (green onions) sliced thin.5 c. slivered almonds1 c. sunflower seeds2 pkgs Ramen noodles, broken updressing:2/3 c. canola oil1/3 c. rice vinegar.25 c. sugar2 envelopes of seasonings from Ramen noodles
Mix the cabbage, carrots, green onions, almonds, and sunflower seeds in a large bowl.
Mix the dressing ingredients together and whisk well to incorporate the sugar.
When it's time to eat, stir in the crushed Ramen noodles (yes, raw) and dressing. Mix well and serve immediately.
