Ingredients
Directions
2 Tsp - Bertolli Classico Olive Oil2 - Russet Potatoes 1 Tbsp - Concord Foods, Roasted Potato Seasoning Mix (if you can't find this, you can just use any seasoning you like, ex. paprika, salt, oregano, garlic)2 - 98% Fat Free Hot Dog Oscar Mayer2 Slices - Bread, Freihofer Hearty Double Fiber
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Cut the potatoes in half, and then into wedges or strips. Place in a bowl and drizzle the oil over the potatoes (you need one tsp per potatoe). Then sprinkle with the seasoning and mix together so everything is coated evenly. Lay the wedges flat on a baking sheet.
Take the hotdogs and slice little cuts along them. Put them into the bowl with the left over oil and seasonings, and roll them around to coat them well. You can add more seasonings if needed. This just gives them extra flavour and crispness in calories that you are counting anyways!
Lay them on the baking sheet as well.
Place in a preheated oven for 20 minutes, then pull them out and flip each wedge, and turn the hotdogs. Cook for another 20 minutes on the other side and Voila! I ike to lightly toast the bread for my hot dogs because I find it more filling if it's crispy.
