Dollbabe56's Pork Chops and Sauerkraut

Pork loin (chops), 4 chop boneless and fat removedFlour, white, .25 cupSalt, 1 tspPepper, black, 1 dashPotato, raw, 3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) sliceCauliflower, raw, 1 cup4 TurnipsOnions, raw, .5 cup, choppedBaby Carrots, raw, 15 largeSauerkraut, 2.5 cup, undrained2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Makes 4 servings
In sauce pan fitted with steamer basket, steam potatoes, carrots, turnips, and cauliflower until tender) Lightly flour chops. Heat oil in large fry pan. Brown chops on both sides. Add onions and cook until browned. Add steamed veggies. Top with sauerkraut (undrained) making sure to cover everything. Reduce heat and continue cooking for 30 mins.
