Mince with carrots and cabbage

250 g ekstra lean mince200 g grated carrots300 g chopped cabbadge50 g grated cheddar cheese100 g sliced onion2 large eggs1 cup 2% milksalt and pepper to taste
Spray pan with spray and cook and fry onions and garlic. Add mince and brown. Add cabbage and carrots and fry until eldente. Season to taste. Place mince mixture in greased ovenproof dish. Mix milk, eggs and half of the cheese and pour over mince. Bake at 295 degrees for half an hour or untill done. Sprinkle leftover cheese over and garnish with parsley.
