Auntie B's Baby Red Rosemary Potatoes

6 med Baby Red Potatoes1 tbsp Olive Oil1/4 med Onions, raw2 cloves minced Garlic1 tsp Rosemary, dried1/2 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 400F.
Combine the onion, olive oil, rosemary, garlic and salt in a small bowl.
Cut potatoes into wedges. Place the wedges in the baking pan. Pour onion mixture on top of the potatoes and bake until browned and cooked through (approximately 30 minutes).
