Pork Tenderloin (or any roast of choice)6 cups Broth or Water1lb Great Northern Beans (not soaked)1 Sweet Onion (chopped coarsely)3 Garlic Cloves (peeled and sliced)1/2 tsp Ground Cloves1/2 tsp Salt1/2 tsp Black Pepper2 Tbsp Chopped Parsley
Make sure to cook at least 12 hours. I do not soak my beans before-hand, I just let them cook along with the meat on LOW in my Crock Pot.
