Ingredients
2 chicken breast, skinless (16-ounces) 1 large tomatoe 1 large onion 2 cans chicken broth, fat free (500ml) 1 cup cilantro 250 g rice noodles 3 tbsp olive oil 2 garlic cloves
Directions
Combine all ingredients together in and deep pot or in a slow cooker or crock pot and cook.
