Swiss Steak

Ingredients
Beef, round steak, 2 lbCanola Oil, 2 tbspOnions, raw, 1 cup, choppedCelery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long)Canned whole Tomatoes, 2 cups (undrained)Flour, white, .3333 cupPepper, black, 2 tsp
Directions
Pound flour and pepper into round steak, both sides
Brown steak in heated canola oil
Add rest of ingredients
Cook over low heat for 1 1/4 hours or until meat is tender

Serve with mashed potatoes, noodles or rice (not included in nutrition calculations)

Serves 6 (~5oz of steak each)
