Crock Pot Pork Chops

Ingredients
2 lb. lean pork chops (thick and boneless)1/4 c. flour1 t. salt1/2 t. pepper1 t. dry mustard1/2 t. garlic powder2 T. oil10 large stalks celery, chopped, with leaves2 10.75 oz. cans chicken gumbo soup
Directions
Combine flour, salt, pepper, dry mustard and garlic and dredge pork chops in mixture. Brown in oil. Put in crock pot, add soup and celery. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3.5 hours.
