Ingredients
1 package of extra lean ground turkey3/4 cup salsa (make sure it has no added sugar, I use Herdez)1/4 cup italian seasond bread crumbs1 egg
Directions
Heat oven to 400, spray baking dish with cooking spray, I don't use a loaf pan so all fat can easily be removed after cooking.

Mix egg, salsa and bread crumbs together and add to ground turkey. Mix with hands until combined. Make a loaf shape and place into baking dish. Cook for 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches healthy cooking levels.

I recently discovered salsa in my meatloaf and love it! I cut out the breadcrumbs and didn't miss them! (did cook as smaller, separate loaves) - 1/21/12

Very quick and easy!! I may use hot salsa next time to give it a bit of a "kick". - 11/10/11

Yummy! And so incredibly easy. I was thinking of things to top it with, but after I tasted it I decided it didn't need anything. - 10/2/11

I added a bit more breadcrumbs to this recipe thinking it was too wet but I didn't need to. Next time will use a hotter salsa for more flavor - used mild this time and it was a little flat. - 9/23/11
