Garlic Butter Baked Chicken Thighs

8 Chicken thighs no skin/bone and fat trimmed1/3 cup of regular bread crumbs1.5 tbsp of Parmesan Cheese4 tbsp of butter2 cloves of garlictsp black pepperany other seasonings you like
Combine the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and seasonings in a bowl and mix all together. Put butter and garlic in frying pain and heat until the garlic is infused but do not over cook the butter. Roll the chicken thigh in the butter then roll in the bread crumb mixture. Place the chicken thigh on a foil lined baking tray that is sprayed is cooking spray. If you have any butter left over drip it on top of the thighs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
