Hawaiian Chicken over Brown Rice

*Pineapple, canned, 4 cup, crushed, sliced, or chunks (remove)*Dole Mandarin Oranges, 4 cup (remove)Corn Starch, .25 cup (remove)Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed (remove)*Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp (remove)*Lemon Juice, .25 cup (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Ginger, ground, 1 tsp (remove)Almonds, 1 cup, sliced (remove)*Brown Rice, medium grain, 6.5 cup (remove)Chicken Breast, no skin, 4.5 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)
Place chicken in crock pot.
Mix together ingredients up to almonds. Pour over chicken in crock pot. Cook on high 3-4 hours or low 4-5 hours.
Serve over brown rice and sprinkle with sliced almonds.
