Quinoa Tabbouleh

Ingredients
*Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry, 2 cup Cucumber (with peel), 1.5 cup slices Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 tomato*Lemon Juice, .5 cup Olive Oil, .25 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 2.4 cup Parsley, 1 cup Feta Cheese, 100 grams Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup Garlic, 1 clove
Directions
2 cups COOOKED Quinoa.
Chop veggies into smallish cubes. Add oil, lemon juice, garlic, into immersion blender. Mix everything together into a bowl, and chill.
