Breakfast Sausage Casserole

Ingredients
4 slices of bread (or whatever type of bread you have on hand, I used hot dog rolls)1 lb mild sausage; browned with onions & drained1 onion, chopped2 Cups milksalt & pepper to taste2 Cups cheddar cheese
Directions
Cover bottom of 9 x 13 in. baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Spread bottom of pan with torn bread pieces; sprinkle browned sausage & onions over bread. Mix eggs & milk in a bowl & pour over sausage. Salt & pepper the mixture and sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake at 350' for 35 minutes. Serves 8-10
