Southwest Pork Chili

1 serrano pepper.5 cup sweet frozen corn.5 brown rice (medium grain)1 tsp black pepper3 oz Pork, fresh, loin, center rib (chops), boneless, separable lean and fat, cooked, pan-fried1 tsp Olive Oil.5 cup of Del Monte Diced Tomatoe Basil Garlic & oregano.5 cup black beans
Chop pork chops into small chunks.
Pan sear pork with pepper, olive oil and the serrano pepper to a pan but only until the meat is halfway done.
Remove access fat from pan.
Put the meat to the side. Put the meat on a plate to drain access fat.
Add canned tomato, corn and black beans. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Re-add the pork.
Let the mixture simmer for 15 minutes on low heat.
