AMAZING Tahini sauce

Ingredients
10 Tbsp Tahini (sesame butter)8 Tbsp lemon juice (or the juice of two lemons)4 cloves of garlic ( or more if you like)2 Tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce (can be found in the asian section of any grocery store)3/4-1 cup of purified water2 Tbsp plain soymilk yogurt (or dairy yogurt if you prefer)pinch of sea saltpinch of chili powder (or more if you like)
Directions
Combine the tahini, lemon juice, garlic, salt, chili powder, chili sauce and mix thoroughly.

As it thickens add the water and mix until the sauce runs freely off the spoon.

Add the yogurt and beat.

Mixture should be smooth and easy to pour.

1 serving = 2 Tbsp
