Very Colorful & Super Easy "Pizza"

Ingredients
Boboli Whole Wheat Crust, 1 crustOlive Oil, 1 T.Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 45 gramsMonterey Cheese, 45 gramsColby Cheese, 45 gramsCarrots, raw, shredded ("Matchstick Style") 45 gramsGreen Onions, 45 gramsPomegranate Craisins - 25 gramRaisins, 20 gramsPam - Olive Oil Spray 4 second spray
Directions
1. Spread oil on crust (OK to use fingers).
2. Spread all ingredient on in order listed. Top with squirt of PAM.
3. Bake in pre-heated 385 oven for about 10 minutes - remove when cheese has melted.
4. Use kitchen scissors to cut into quarters: each 1/4 is one serving.
5. OK to re-heat leftovers - about 1 minute in microwave for 1/4 pizza.
