Ingredients
macaroni elbow, 1 lb. ( 4 cups dry )green pepper, 1/2 findly choppedred pepper, 1/2 findly choppedcelery raw, 1 cup dicedcucumber, 2 med. sliced and halfedtomato, 3 cupsmayonnaise, 1 1/2 cupssalt , dashblack pepper, 1 tbspcelery seed, 2 tbsp
Directions
dice peppers and celery on the find side. take cukes peel, cut in half remove seeds then cut in half again and slice. chopped tomato in large chunks. mix all ingredients with the cooked macaroni adding tomatos last as not to break up to much. salt and pepper to taste. makes appro. 16 4 oz. servings.
