Deceptively Delicious Mash Potatoes (modified)

1 tsp salt1/2 cup cauliflower puree (1 cup steamed)4 medium potatoes2 Tbsp. Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread1/2 cup buttermilk (i use skim it works just fine)
1. Peel and cut potatoes into 1 inch cubes. Rinse and place into boiling water. Boil until tender.
2. Drain potatoes. Add potatoes, cauliflower, spread, salt, and milk together and blend until smooth. (I throw everything into my food processor and pulse until the desired texture.)
