Sesame Mylk
- Number of Servings: 5
Ingredients
Directions
Sesame Seeds, 1/2cup Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract, 1/2 tsp 850 ml water
Soak 1/4-1/2 cup of sesame seeds over night. In the morning, drain the seeds, and put them in a blender. Pour fresh water into the blender. After blending really well, drain the liquid into a container, and compost the pulp, or just blend it all together if you want "crunchiness" in your mylk. Rinse the blender, and then put the drained liquid back in the blender, with one banana.
Some may prefer to not use a banana, and instead use some maple syrup or agave nectar, nutmeg, and cinnamon or a drop of vanilla.
Makes 5 servings of 200ml each.
