Basil Tomato Mini Pizza

Ingredients
4 whole wheat flatbread sandwich rolls1 cup no salt added tomato sauce2 tablespoons basil pesto4 Roma tomatoes4 teaspoonfuls olive oil1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Place sandwich thin halves on a cookie sheet. Mix the tomato sauce and pesto together and spread mixture over sandwich thins. Slice tomatoes thinly and place on the pizzas. Drizzle each pizza with about 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil and top with 2 tablespoonfuls of mozzarella cheese.

Bake for 7-10 minutes in the oven.

Makes 4 servings of 2 mini pizzas each.
