Bruschetta burgers

1 lb lean ground beef1 egg3/4 c. quick oats, dryone medium onion, chopped fine3 tsp worchestershire1 tsp dry mustard or 3 tsp prepared mustardfresh ground black pepper to taste4 tbs Trader Giotto's (Trader Joe's) bruschetta topping
If using charcoal in grill , light coals before mixing ingredients so grill is hot when burgers are mixed.
Put all ingredients in bowl and combine with hands until well mixed - don't overmix. Let come to room temperature if possible before grilling. Preheat grate over coals for a few minutes, and rub with olive-oil soaked paper towel before putting burgers on. Grill 6 min on a side, more or less, depending on desired doneness. Don't press down with spatula or turn more than once. When grilling is over, put on platter, cover with foil, and allow burgers to rest about five minutes before serving.
