Boboli 100% whole wheat pizza crust1 cup Clasico Creamy Alfredo Sauce1 boneless skinless chicken breast 4 slices pre-cooked bacon1/2 cup red bell pepper1/2 cup red onion1 cup shredded baby fresh spinach1/2 cup shredded carrots1 tsp minced garlic8 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
Makes 8 slices
1. Cook chicken in cooking spray about 8 minutes. Cut into bite size pieces.
2. Microwave bacon and then break into pieces.
3. Using pan you used for chicken, cook vegetables and garlic in a small amount of olive oil.
4. Spread alfredo sauce on pizza crust.
5. Layer chicken, bacon, veggies, and then mozzarella on crust.
6. Bake in oven at 450 degrees fahrenheit for 8-10 minutes.
