Bobbie's Kale and Beans

Ingredients
12 cups chopped kale1.5 cups chicken broth3 cloves garlicsalt and pepper to taste1 16 oz can Cannellini beansred pepper flakes? (optional)
Directions
Clean and chop kale and place in large pot on stove. Add chicken broth, garlic, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes. Cook on low until tender, about 1 hour. Drain and rinse beans and add to pot. Cook an additional 1/2 hour.
