Taco Pasta

Ingredients
1 lb. whole grain pasta1 lb. ground turkey1 packet taco seasoning, low sodium3/4 cup water1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chiles, drained2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mexican mix...)
Directions
Cook 1 pound whole grain pasta according to package directions; set aside.

Brown 1 pound ground turkey and drain excess fat. Add taco seasoning and water as directed on packet. Once taco seasoning has been added, add diced tomatoes with chiles and mix well.

Combine pasta and meat mixture. Pour into 13x9 baking dish. Cover with cheese. Bake in 350* oven until cheese melts.
