A Better Taco and Burrito Filling

Ingredients
* 93% Lean Ground Beef, 16 oz Salt, 0.5 tsp * Beans, black, 1.5 cup, or one can, drained * S&W PetiteCut Tomatoes, 1 cup -do Not drain * Garlic, 3 cloves * Serrano Peppers, 3 depending on how spicy you'd like it to be * Onions, raw,1/2 medium * 1 bunch of cilantro, * Cumin, ground, .25 tsp (remove)
Directions
Place ground beef in a non-stick skillet over medium heat and stir occasionally while cooking making sure to break apart into small pieces. Meanwhile place all the other ingredients (except the Black Beans) to a blender jar and process to make a salsa-as thin or chunky as you like it. When meat is fully cooked add salsa and Drained Black Beans to the pan. Stir well and allow some or all of the liquid from the salsa to absorb. You may also add a squeeze of Fresh Lime juice to the salsa to add a freshness to the dish, it can be made with fresh tomato of course, serve it over some brown rice. Very yummy
