16 cups Vegetable Broth2 Onions chopped8 oz button Mushrooms sliced2 Green Peppers, chopped 2 Carrots peeled and chopped raw5 Potato (I used the equivalent of little potatoes left the skins on and cut them up)2 26.46oz chopped Tomatoes in a box2 TBS minced Garlic
add onions, mushrooms, peppers, carrots, potatoes and spices to broth
Cook on medium high heat for about 30 to 45 minutes
Add chopped tomatoes and cook on medium heat for about 40 mins
Serve and enjoy
