Cheesy Mac with veggies and mock chicken

Ingredients
1 box Velveeta Shells & Cheese Light Cheese Macaroni1 can Worthington Fri-Chik1 T peanut oil1 T soy sauce2 T BBQ sauce1 T cider vinegar1 t Sriracha hot sauce389 g mixed veggies
Directions
1. Heat up pan
2. Chop up Fri-Chik, reserving liquid
3. Saute Fri-Chik and all liquid ingredients (not Fri-Chik liquid) until "meat" is browned
4. Add mixed veggies
5. Add pasta noodles
6. Add Fri-Chik liquid and water until everything is covered
7. Cook 5 minutes on medium heat (should be bubbling)
8. Stir and add more water if needed
9. Cook 5 more minutes
10. Pour cheesy sauce on and stir
*Makes 6 servings of about 294 grams each
