Apple Pancake

Ingredients
2 apples, cored and sliced1/4 cup of butter3 eggs 1/2 cup milk1/2 cup flour1 tsp sugardash salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 500 F. Using ovenproof pan,
Melt 1/8 cup of butter and saute apples for 4 minutes.
Beat with whisk, eggs, milk, flour, sugar, salt until no lumps.
Swirl batter over sauteed apples. Put in oven for 5 min.
Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, put on top of pancake, dot with remaining butter.
Put in oven another 5 to 7 min.
