Curried Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1.5 lb pkg Trader Joe's Curry Chicken Tenders1/3 cup dried cranberries1/2 cup chopped sweet onion, like Vidalia1/3 cup chopped celery1/4 cup slivered almonds1/2 cup reduced fat (lite) mayonnaiseblack pepper to taste
Directions
Spray nonstick pan with canola oil spray.Saute curry chicken tenders until done, about 10-15 minutes. Dice the chicken. Add dried cranberries, onion, celery, almonds and stir to mix. Add mayonaise and stir, add black pepper to taste. Chill before serving.

Makes 6 servings.
