1.5 lbs. ground beef.5 cup 2% milk2 tsp margarine1 can corn1 cup shredded cheddar cheese4 medium potatoes, peeledsalt and pepper tt (to taste)
Makes 12 1/2 cup servings.
1. Cook beef. (season with salt and pepper)
2. Boil potatoes.
3. Preheat oven at 350.
4. Drain and mash potatoes. Add milk, margarine, salt and pepper tt.
5. In a 9x13 pan, layer beef, potatoes, corn, then cheese.
6. Bake for about 10 minutes. :)
