Portland Stew

Ingredients
1 lb Beef, cut into small cubes1 Onion sliced or diced2 Potatoes, raw and cut into slices of cubes2 Cans of cut green beans or mix of green and wax, with juice1 Can of corn, with juice1 Can of carrots, sliced or diced, with juice1 Can of tomatoes, smoosched with all juice1 Family-size can of Tomato Soup, condensed
Directions
Brown meat and onions in a large oven proof pot. Lay the remaining ingredients in order finishing it off by smoothing out the Tomato Soup all over the top of the stew (a rubber spatula/scrapper works very nicely).
COVER TIGHTLY and cook at 280 degrees for AT LEAST 5 hours and up to 9 hours. But--NO PEEKING!
Serves 8 heartly appetites!
