Ingredients
Garlic Powder, 1 TbspMiracle Whip Light, 4 Tbsp (more or less - your likeness)Drained Pineapple Tidbits, 1/2 CupDiced/Cubed Cheddar Cheese, 1 CupChicken Breast, 1 lb no skin, friedExtra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 Tbsp
Directions
Cook chicken in a skillet with the olive oil. When chicken in done, set aside and cool completely. In a medium bowl, combine the other ingredients. When the chicken in cooled, add to mixture. You can serve salad on any bread or crackers of your choice.
