Beefy Broccoli Asparagus Salad

Ingredients
3/4 pounds boneless beef sirloin steak8 cups water4 cups fresh asparagus, cut to 1 in pcs2 cups broccoli florets1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce2 tbs white wine vinegar4-1/2 tsp sesame oil2 teaspoons vinegardash pepper
Directions
Place steak on a broiler pan coated with non-stick cooking spray. Place 3 to 4 inches from broiler for 4- 10 min on each side, or until meat reaches desired doneness. Cut into thin slices and place in a bowl.

In a large sauce pan, bring water to boil. Add asparagus and broccoli; cover and cook for 3 minutes. drain

For dressing, in a jar with a tight -fitting lid, combine the soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, sugar and pepper; shake well. Add dressing to sliced meat and vegetables and toss to coat.

If you serve cold, toss meat and dressing. Refrigerate for an hour. Add vegetables and toss before serving.
