Garlic Smashed Cauliflower

Ingredients
1 head cauliflower, chopped2 TSBP cream cheese2 TSBP butter2 cloves garlic1 small onion, fminced2 tsp parsley
Directions
In large pot, bring 2 cups water to boil. Add chopped cauliflower and steam for 15 minutes. In small saucepan, melt butter and add onions and sautee until soft. Add garlic and parsley and cook for another minute. Set aside. Once cauliflower is done, pour into a large colander to drain and use a masher to mash out extra water. Return to large pot and then add cream cheese and onion-garlic mixture over low heat. Use the masher to combine all ingredients. Serve and enjoy!
