Ingredients
1 cup of plain yogurt1 cup of fruit1 cup of skim milk
Directions
Combine yogurt, fruit (fresh or frozen), and milk into blender. Pulse until it reaches the consistency you desire.
Pour and enjoy! Makes 2-3 8 oz servings.
