mustard greens pesto

Ingredients
1 bunch mustard greens1/4 cup sunflower seedsgarlic cloves (to taste)olive oil
Directions
wash greens and blanch for 1 minute in boiling water
toast sunflower seeds
add all ingredients to food processor and process. if desired, add in some of the greens cooking liquid, additional olive oil, or cheese. you can substitute other kinds of nuts--just use whatever you have on hand!
